ReeceNichols, KFB remodel underway

The current home of real estate outfit ReeceNichols and KFB Wealth Group in Mt. Vernon, on Mt. Vernon Boulevard, is currently being renovated in a project spearheaded by developer All About the House. According to owner of AATH, Jason Prater, the owner of the building wanted a bold upscale design with modern architectural finishes and a revamp of the storefront, concrete and lighting. 

Construction began around Memorial Day weekend with a targeted finish date of July 4, making it a fast turnaround, said Prater. This will be the ninth commercial project AATH has completed in Mt. Vernon in the last few years. 

“This project represents a meaningful investment by the property owners in both their property and the Mt. Vernon community,” said Prater. “We’re proud to help bring their vision to life.”
