Joanne Eileen Fehring

Joanne Eileen Fehring, 90, of Rocky Comfort, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2026 at her home.

She was born Oct. 14, 1935 in Conway, Mass. the daughter of John and Cora (Fairfield) Warger. She was united in marriage to Ralph Fehring, who preceded her in death Jan. 16, 2008. Also preceding her in death were her parents; brothers, Kenneth and Barry, and sister, Muriel.

Surviving are her sons, R.L. Fehring and wife Teri of Neosho, Steve Fehring of Aurora and David Fehring and wife Julia of Neosho,; sisters, Joyce Hume and husband Robert of Norcross, Ga and Corinne Laskey and husband David of South Deerfield, Mass.; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Graveside services were held on Friday, July 10, at Maple Park Cemetery in Aurora, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Jerry Yarnall will conduct the services.

The family received friends on Thursday at McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton. Contributions may be made to American Cancer Society in memory of  Joanne.
