CITY CLERK: The City of Miller is taking applications for a full-time City Clerk. The City Clerk position is comprised of a variety of administrative, financial, office & specialized duties which requires accuracy, proficiency, confidentiality, as well as excellent organizational & time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications include: Prior Clerk of Municipality, County or Office Management experience; A working knowledge of the principles & methods of finance, budgets, & accounting; Knowledge of office management procedures, practices & equipment; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Quickbooks & other computer programs; Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with city officials, employees & the public; Ability to multi-task, & able to understand & carry out complex oral & written instructions.
