Herbert “Herb” Cecil Ryland, 83, of Aurora passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025. He was born in Independence on Feb. 15, 1942; the son of Herbert and Ina (Morgan) Ryland.
He dedicated over 30 years to General Electric before retiring.
