Gary Leon Gunter, 85, of Pierce City,passed away Jan. 27, 2020 at his home in Pierce City. Gunter was born in Scandia, Kan. Dec. 10, 1934. He was the son of Parley and Thelma (Howell) Gunter. He graduated from Pierce City High School in 1953. He attended a year of college at SMS in Springfield.
