Helen B. Thomas, age 95, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, passed away at 3:10 p.m. on Friday, April 24, 2020, at the Missouri Veterans Home, in Mt. Vernon, surrounded by her family. She was born October 18, 1924, in Ashtabula, Ohio, the daughter of Lester and Eileen (Passanen) Carr.
