Mary Marcella Robertson

Mary Marcella Robertson, 93, of Miller, passed away Feb. 28, 2020, at the Lawrence County Manor in Mt. Vernon. She was born Nov. 21, 1926, in Winfield, Kan. to Leslie and Grace (Widener) Ritchey.
In 1950, she married Carl Evert Robertson, in Lamar. He preceded her in death in 2007. Robertson was a homemaker and a founding member of the Highland Chapel Church in Miller. She was part of the ladies missionary guild, and volunteered at the Miller Christian Center.
Robertson is survived by: sons, Monty (Denise) Robertson of Carthage, Donald (Pamela) Robertson, of Mt. Vernon, Les (Kathy) Tennis of Miller, Roy (Linda) Robertson of Vinita, Okla., Mike (Janis) Robertson of Mt. Vernon and Steve Robertson of Miller; daughters, Gloria Gee of St. Petersburg, Fla. and Mary (Tom) Samuels of Miller; brothers, David (Carolyn) Ritchey of Miami, Okla. and Charles Ritchey of Lamar; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and countless nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie and Grace Ritchey and husband Carl Robertson.
A visitation was held March 3, 2020, at the Morris-Leiman-Mosher Funeral Home in Miller, with a funeral service that followed. Burial will follow at the Ozark Prairie Cemetery.
