Robert Dale Dinger

Robert Dale Dinger, 76, of Galena, passed away Feb. 7, 2020. He was born Aug. 6, 1943 to Dale H. and Thelma M. Dinger. He worked as a cashier. He was a member of the McCord Bend Baptist Church.
Survivors include: son, Robert (Lorette) Dinger of Springfield; daughter, Sherry (David) Jones of Nixa; brother, Darrell Dinger of Leslie; sisters, Helen  (George) Abbott of Wright, Linda Ewing of Aurora, April (David) Gordon of Topeka, Kan., Janice (Junior) Schweigen of Hoyt, Kan. and Julia (Charlie) Martin of Mayetta, Kan.; five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Dinger was preceded in death by: his wife, Helen Dinger; his parents; daughters, Linda Etzler and Crystal Dinger; brother, Richard Dinger; sister, Alice Harberberger; one grandson; and a nephew.
Visitation was held Feb. 11, 2020 in Stumpff Funeral Chapel in Crane. Funeral services were held Feb. 12, 2020 in Stumpff Funeral Chapel in Crane. Burial was in Clio Cemetery in Jenkins under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home in Crane.
