Party Time Cheese Spread

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Party Time Cheese Spread by Judy Sifferman

Two 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4-1/2 oz. can deviled ham
2 tsp. onion, grated
1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Combine the cream cheese and cheddar cheese and mix with an electric mixer at medium speed until well blended. Add the ham, onion, and nuts. Mix well. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers.
