Martha Faye Perriman

Martha Faye Perriman, 71, of Seneca, (formerly of Monett), passed away on Monday, Sept. 7, 2026, while at Mercy Hospital in Joplin. She was born in Purdy, on July 19, 1955, daughter of the late Jerry and Ruby (Moody) Perriman. 
 She was a retired paralegal and substitute teacher.  
She earned her degree in paralegal studies and, throughout the years, enjoyed working as a substitute teacher. One of her greatest passions was art. She had a natural talent for painting and loved creating beautiful pieces.  
She is survived by her significant other: Jerry Chester of Seneca; four sons: Jerame Woods of Monett, Russell Mullins of DeSoto, James Haworth of Billings,  and Jack Haworth of Mt. Vernon; one daughter: Sue Pryor of Monett; one brother: Dale Perriman of Carl Junction; one sister: Mary Wideman of Marshfield; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. 
 
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Ruby; one daughter, Jessica Mott; and one sister, Katherine Perriman.
 Memorial services for Martha are being held at a later date.  
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett.
