Francis Charles Velten

Francis Charles Velten, 39, of Neosho passed away March 30, 2019, at Freeman Neosho Hospital in Neosho after a short illness. Velten was born in Springfield April 9, 1979, to Mike Velten-Heeter and Gail (Hood) Velten.
Surviving are the following: his dad, Mike Velten-Heeter of Neosho; mother, Gail Velten of Dover, Tenn.; sisters, Maria Theresa Reed of Dover, Tenn. and Elizabeth Raphael Sillasen of Keystone, Neb.; Grandmothers, Teresa Heeter of Pierce City and Frances Hood of Whiting, Ind.; several aunts and uncles; and many friends.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date by Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City.
