Casey's Lemon Pie

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Casey’s Lemon Pie by Casey Twyford

1 graham cracker pie crust
Two 8-oz. containers light lemon yogurt
1 container light Cool Whip
1/2 lemon
Yellow food coloring

Grate the lemon peel and mix into the yogurt and whipped topping. Add a drop or two of yellow food coloring. Turn into the crust. Freeze for 1-1/2 hours. Serve. Each slice contains less than 1 gram of fat.
