Jello Pumpkin Bread

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”: Jello Pumpkin Bread by Beatrice Spurling

• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. nutmeg
• 1 T. cinnamon
• 1 cup nuts
• 2 cups pumpkin
• 5 eggs, beaten
• 1-1/2 cups salad oil
• 2 pkgs. Jello coconut pudding and pie filling

1) Combine all ingredients. Grease loaf pans, two or three small ones will do. Fill each loaf pan 1/2 full. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
