Amber K. (Moran) Price

Amber K. (Moran) Price, 45, of Mt. Vernon passed away on Monday, Oct. 20, 2025, as the result of an automobile accident. She was born June 25, 1980, in Roseville, Calif., the daughter of Ronald and Kathleen (Monroe) Moran.
She is survived by her mother, Kathleen Monroe of Mt. Vernon; four children, Antonio Shand and his wife, Amanda, of Springfield; Selina Shand, of Texas City, Texas; Jasmine, of Arkansas; and Chance DeJong, of Kansas City; one sister, Colleen Moran, of Peekskill, N.Y.; and one aunt, Christine Nichols and her husband, Bob, of Bruner.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Moran, and grandfather, James E. Monroe.
No services are planned currently. Arrangements are under the direction of Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon.
