Walter Leslie Cornman

Walter Leslie Cornman of Jenkins, passed away Dec. 2, 2018, at his home.
He was born in Jenkins, April 20, 1942, to Horatio and Mildred (Tunnell) Cornman. In 1964, he was married to Vicki Jones; she survives.
Cornman was a life long resident of Jenkins, where he attended elementary school and then graduated from Aurora High School. He attended SMS and Drury University in Springfield. For 38 years he was employed at EFCO and was a window testing coordinator. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Jenkins.
He is survived by: sons, David Cornman of Jenkins and Brian (Tiffany) Cornman of Wheaton; daughters, Sheri (Chris) Young of Nixa and Traci (Scott) Craig of Metamora, Ill.; brothers, Doyle (Anna Sue) Cornman of Dallas, Ore. and Richard (Judy) Cornman of Boonville; sisters, Nancy (Roger) Hilburn of Branson and Patricia Tucker of Nixa; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his parents.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, 2018, at Clio Community Center in Jenkins, under the direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Burial will be at Clio Cemetery in Jenkins.
