Pensy Louise Maize

Pansy Louise Maize, daughter of the late Fred Hastings and Mary (Kaffenburger) Hastings, was born in Rombauer, on Aug. 21, 1939. She passed away at Ozark Methodist Manor in Marionville Oct. 17, 2021, at the age of 82.
On July 19, 1958, in Rombauer, Maize was united in marriage to Earl Ray “Jack” Maize Sr. and to this union three children were born.
Maize was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, James and Freddie Hastings, and three sisters, Helen Venable, and Ellen and Ruth Hastings.
Maize is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Jack Maize of Mt. Vernon, two sons, Earl “Ray” Maize Jr. (Dawn) of Springfield and Lester Maize (Tracy) of Farmington, one daughter, Sherry Wethington (Carl) of Mt. Vernon, one brother, Robert Hastings of Georgia, seven grandchildren, W and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2021, at McSpadden Funeral Home, Lesterville.
Funeral will follow at 11 a.m. Burial will be at  Rombauer Cemetery in Rombauer.
Arrangements are under the direction of McSpadden Funeral Home, Lesterville.
