Along with softball she has also been a member of the Mt. Vernon Coquettes Dance Team from 2021-2022 and this year’s co-ed Cheer Squad which placed third in state at the Missouri Cheerleading Coaches Association Cheerleading Championships.
Along with excelling athletically she also excels academically; she currently holds a 3.714 unweighted GPA, is also in the dual credit program through Crowder College, and is a member of National Honor Society.
Coach Matt Schubert said, “Chipola is getting a versatile player who can play about any position and do it well and can be a versatile hitter as well, putting the ball at all three levels. She plays hard and knows what it takes to win, which is as a coach, exactly what you want in a player. They are getting a good one.”
