Lynne Bailey Carl passed away peacefully on March 2, 2023, surrounded by her family after a battle with cancer.
Visitation will be held beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, at Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon with a funeral/celebration of life service to follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. A private burial will follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery southwest of Mt. Vernon.
