Local Jameson named Woman of the Year

The Xi Lambda Zeta chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, Mt. Vernon, honored community member Brandy Jameson as their 2025 Woman of the Year during their annual Sisterhood Celebration luncheon on Sunday, March 23, 2025.
Jameson was chosen for the honor based on her church and philanthropic work which includes working with the Mt. Vernon Athletic Boosters, the Apple Butter Makin’ Days Steering Committee, and Holiday Central. She is a member of Kingsway Christian Church and runs the office for her family’s heating and air business working alongside her husband of 21 years, Brian Jameson. The couple has two sons, Brayden and Bryson.
In receiving the honor she stated, “Mt. Vernon is filled with generous and caring people who give their time and resources so selflessly. I feel truly blessed to be surrounded by such an amazing community and to have the opportunity to contribute in any way I can.”
