KATHERINE ANNE STOLP

Katherine Anne Stolp, 68, of Monett, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2024 while at the Aurora Nursing Center in Aurora, Missouri. Katerine, or “Kathy” and “Aunty” as she was called by family and close friends, was born on July 28, 1956, in San Fernando Valley, California; the daughter of the late Gene and Dorothy Barker.
Kathy worked as a waitress for many years and enjoyed crafts, crocheting, painting, watching her T.V. shows and spending time with her friends.
Kathy is survived by her sons: Colton Stolp, Clayton Stolp, Jason Grinstead and Steven Myotte; one daughter, Jamie Grinstead; one brother, Sherman Barker; one half-sister, Melvia Barker; her favorite niece, Charlotte Gamroth; and a host of grandchildren, extended family and friends.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Raymond Barker; one sister, Linda Wigg; and one sister-in-law, Jackie Barker.
No formal services are planned at this time.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Buchanan Funeral Home, Monett, Missouri.
