Jerry Woods, of Ozark, formerly of Mt. Vernon,  passed away Feb. 9, 2020 at the Ozark Nursing and Care Center.
A visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, 2020 at the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, 2020 at the First United Methodist Church in Mt. Vernon. Burial will follow at the Goss Cemetery. Memorials may be made payable to First United Methodist Church of Mt. Vernon, Emergency Services for Children or the Ozark Nursing and Care Center for the Activity fund, in care of the funeral home.
