JARED “JERRY” LORNE HUGHES

Jared “Jerry” Lorne Hughes, age 66, of Marionville, Missouri, passed away at 3:47 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2020, at the Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.  He was born September 30, 1953, in Batesville, Arkansas, the son of late Herbert Lindy Franklin and Doris Anne (Morris) Hughes.
Jerry was a United States Army Veteran and a self-employed carpenter and was of the United Methodist faith.
Jerry is survived by three sons, Ryan, Jason and Josh Hughes, all of Springfield; three sisters, Sharon Eden and her husband, Stanley, of Marionville, Missouri, Linda Lewis and her husband, Christopher, of Kenedy, Texas, and Deborah Heim and her husband, Robert, of Monett, Missouri; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service, under the direction of the Williams Funeral Home, in Marionville, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2020, at the Rose Hill West Cemetery in Billings, Missouri.  Visitation will be held from 6:00–8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, in the funeral home chapel.
