Ida Belle (Baker) Stewart La Belle

Ida Belle (Baker) Stewart La Belle, 96, of Springfield, passed away March 17, 2021, in Springfield. La Belle was born June 30, 1924, in Carico, Stone County to James and Martha (Hardin) Baker.
Belle graduated from Verona High School. She married Winifred James Stewart on March 17, 1945, and they were blessed with one daughter, Linda.
During her career, La Belle worked as a seamstress for Calvert’s Manufacturing in Springfield.
Belle is survived by her daughter, Linda Sue (Micheal) Peck of Springfield; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and several beloved nieces and nephews. La Belle is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Winifred “Wimp” Stewart; a second husband, Wilson La Belle; one grandson; seven brothers and a sister.
Visitation was held March 22, 2021, at Walnut Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services were held Tuesday at Walnut Lawn Funeral Home. Burial followed in Hopedale Cemetery, Ozark.
