Geneva Mae Lindsey

Geneva Mae Lindsey, 86, of Aurora passed away Dec. 14, 2019, at the Aurora Nursing Center. She was born Sept. 13, 1933, in Stella to Carus A. and Hazel Ethel (Brallier) McDonald.
Lindsey was a 1951 graduate of Rocky Comfort High School in Rocky Comfort and attended Drury Business College in Springfield. She was a retired real estate agent and volunteer at the Mercy Hospital in Aurora. She was a member of the Faith Community Chapel in Cassville. In 1984 she married Norman Russell Lindsey in Las Vegas, Nev.
Lindsey is survived by: her husband of 35 years; daughter, Katheryn (John) King of Chino, Calif.; sons, C.J. (Linda) Grabski of Aurora and Kevin (Kim) Grabski of Lake Havasu, Ariz.; step-daughter, Kelly (John) Salem of Buckeye, Ariz.; step-son, Russell (Stephanie) Lindsey of Phoenix, Ariz.; sisters, Vivian (Kenneth) Wilson of Jenkins and Shirley (John) Sass of Kansas City, Kan.; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her parents; eight brothers and sisters, and a step-son, Douglas Lindsey.
