Edward Baltazar
Edward Baltazar, 79, of Marionville, passed away Nov. 26, 2019, at the Mercy Hospital in Springfield. He was born Jan. 29, 1940, in Chicago, Ill. to Marshall and Hope (Ensico) Baltazar.
Baltazar was a United States Army veteran and worked as a security guard for the federal government in Chicago, Ill., for 30 years. He was a gun collector and liked to watch western movies. He was of the Catholic faith. In 1961, he married Barbara Johnson in Oak Park, Ill.
Baltazar is survived by: his wife of 58 years; daughter, Gina Baltazar of Marionville; son, Edward Baltazar, of Marionville; seven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; sister, Bertha Bochenczak; brothers, Bob, Joe, Frank, Lawrence, Arthur, Anthony and Billy Baltazar. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Marshall Baltazar.
