Easy Beef Stroganoff

The Record’s “Recipe of the Week”:
Easy Beef Stroganoff by Virginia Setlik

1-2 lb. beef, cubed, or use hamburger
1 T. oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water or milk
4 oz. can mushrooms (optional)
8 oz. sour cream
Cooked noodles

Brown the meat in the oil in a skillet. Add both cans of soup, water or milk, and mushrooms. Simmer for about 1 hour or until meat is tender.

Stir in sour cream and cooked noodles before serving.
