DAVID FRANKLIN WESTON

David Franklin Weston, 70, of Monett passed away on Saturday, May 20, at the Countryside Care Center, in Monett. He was born Feb. 10, 1953, in Texas, the son of the late James and Syble (Miller) Weston.
He was a 1970 graduate of Anahuac High School in Anahuac, Texas. He was a United States Marine veteran and a surveyor in the oil industry.
He is survived by his daughter, Angel Weston of Mt. Vernon; one stepson, Brett McKinzie of Billings; one brother, William (Annette) Weston of Missouri City, Texas; one sister, Terri (Samson) Artis of Baytown, Texas; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7, at Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. Entombment with full military honors will follow at 3 p.m. at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield.
